Cinnamon Rolls

 1 cup butter or margarine  (2 sticks)
4 cups water (warm)
1 cup powdered milk
2 Tb Yeast
1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp salt
10-12 cups flour

Filling:
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup white or brown sugar
Cinnamon
Chocolate Chips or raisins

Heat water and butter until warm.  Mix all ingredients with 8 cups of the flour.  Let raise for 15-20 minutes.  Then add enough flour to the dough until it is workable and soft.  Divide dough in half and roll into rectangle.  Spread with filling ingredients.   Makes 3 dozen. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
