1/2 Tb parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
3-4 Tb butter, softened
½ Tb dried oregano
1 1/2 Tb dried basil
8 oz mozzarella cheese
2-3 tomatoes, sliced
8 oz. sliced salami or pepperoni
8 oz sliced turkey
1/2 red onion finely chopped (optional)
pepper to taste
4-6 long bread rolls, cut in half lengthwise
Warm oven to 350°. Combine parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and butter.
Spread each roll half with the mixture. Sprinkle with oregano and basil
and half of cheese. Top with tomato slices, salami/pepperoni, turkey, onion and remaining cheese. Place one oven tray and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese
melts. Sprinkle with oregano and basil and pepper to taste.
