1 lb boneless skinless chicken
breasts
2 cups pineapple chunks
1 each of red and green pepper
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
3 Tbsp. Frozen orange juice
concentrate, thawed
Can
use skewers to cook better. Brush sauce and juice on kabobs. Grill
8 to 10 minutes occasionally brushing with remaining sauce.
