4 slices bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
2-16 oz cans pork and beans in tomato sauce
2 Tb brown sugar
1 Tb Worcestershire sauce
tsp prepared mustard
Cook bacon till crisp; drain, reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon. Cook onion in reserved drippings till tender; add with bacon to remaining ingredients; mix well. Top with additional bacon, if desired.
Bake uncovered in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish at 325° for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours. Serves 6.
