Raspbery Glazed Chicken


 
¾ cup seedless raspberry jam

¼ c. cider vinegar

¼ cup soy sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp. pepper

3 lbs. chicken

 

Combine first five ingredients and bring to a boil for 1 minute.  Pour over chicken and refrigerate for 4 hours.  Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, brush with sauce and then bake for 20-25 minutes longer.
