Herb-Coated Cod

¼ cup butter, melted
2/3 cup butter-flavored cracker crumbs
2 Tb. grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. dried basil
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. cod fillets


Combine butter with cheese, oregano, basil, and garlic powder.  Dip fillets in butter mixture and then coat in cracker crumbs.  Bake uncovered at 400° for 14 to 20 minutes.
