boneless skinless chicken
breasts
1 can diced petite tomatoes1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 can mushrooms (optional)
salt and pepper
Put chicken in 9 x 13
baking dish. Add all other ingredients and
mix in a bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook for 30 minutes
on 350°. Uncover and cook for 10
minutes longer.Check for doneness.
Serve
